Text Giving

Now you can set up a scheduled gift straight from your smartphone! To begin, text the amount (ie. $25) to 630-882-2213.

Here's how you can get started:

  1. Text a dollar amount to 630-882-2213.
  2. The first time you give, you will need to fill out a short form.
  3. Save the number to your phone contacts for future use (click here to download this contact info).
  4. Any time you want to give to Calvary Church, simply text a dollar amount to that saved number, and your transaction is complete! You can also use a keyword to allocate money to a certain ministry (ex: $100 missions). To see the list of options, text Keyword to 630-882-2213.

If you have any questions about this process, check out the instructional video below. You can also call our business office at 630-585-3274 or email us.

Planned Giving

Have you thought about what kind of legacy you want to leave your family and thousands of others at Calvary Church? Would you like others to know that you valued life at Calvary enough to leave a charitable gift? Planned giving is a great way to support your church family that enables philanthropic individuals to make larger gifts than they could make from ordinary income. Naming Calvary Church as a beneficiary in your will builds the church’s long-term financial strength and allows you to create a meaningful legacy.

It’s Simple — One paragraph in your will can set up your gift. A bequest doesn’t take effect until your death. It’s a gift that doesn’t affect your current asset balance or cash flow.
It’s Flexible — You can give a specific asset or a share of what’s left after your gifts to your family and friends. Your bequest can support a particular program or allow us to use it for our greatest needs when your gift is received.
It’s Revocable — If your plans or circumstances change, you can easily change your will.
